As a nutritionist, I help you (moms, I see you) dig through the noise, optimize health and get a firm grasp on health-span.
You're the "brains behind the operation."
It's a rewarding job, but also a hard one that comes with its own set of blood, sweat, and tears.
There's only one metric that should define your story: Until you "cozy up" to the fact that your healthspan needs to be supported to keep that ship sailing smoothly, you're leaving time and energy on the table (and maybe a little sanity too?).
